He’s done the freestyles. He’s done the interviews. He’s written the journals. Now, Killah Priest can finally say he’s done what his fans have been waiting to hear – signed a deal for The Offering.
The deal became official this past Thursday afternoon when Killah Priest signed with Good Hands Records, which is distributed through Traffic. The Offering is currently slated to be released August 21, 2007.
“Killah Priest has been one of the dopest MCs for years now and he takes it to a whole new level on The Offering,” Good Hands Records CEO DJ Truth told HipHopGame. “Fans are going to love this album. We are thrilled to have Priest join our roster at Good Hands.”
The Offering features production from 4th Disciple, Godz Wrath, Tek (of Tangled Thoughts) and Sam Sneed and guest appearances from Nas, Immortal Technique, Hell Razah, Ras Kass, and Canibus.
Perhaps Killah Priest summed it up best in his latest journal entry on HipHopGame: “It’s time to get ready for real hip-hop.”
